The Handle Settings and Required Buttons

Set left Handle A and right Handle B to 3, coat only the forked-V trigger, then activate C, D, G, and M on the larger button panel. Keep the separate side lever switched on and the pressure plate held while entering the buttons.

02

Identify Which Controls You Are Using

The G-46C sequence is in checkpoint 5-1, The TRC, inside the Utilities generator area. It contains separate tasks involving six hanging entrance chains, a smaller symbol display, a larger button panel, and the final generator activation. Treat these as successive parts of the generator sequence.

The smaller symbol display uses two handles numbered 0–4 and three goop triggers. The larger panel has fifteen symbol buttons arranged in three rows of five across the split rooms. Use the handle settings for the smaller display and the row-and-column positions for the larger panel.

03

Set the Handles and Forked-V Trigger

  1. Hook Gun player: pull entrance chain E to complete the required entrance-chain interaction.
  2. Set the left handle, Handle A, to 3 to establish the required left-hand setting.
  3. Set the right handle, Handle B, to 3 to complete the required handle settings.
  4. Goop Gun player: coat only the forked-V symbol trigger, leaving the other two triggers clear, to complete the smaller display's configuration.

Read back the handle settings and the coated symbol before moving on. Describe the forked-V shape explicitly so your partner can check the same target. Check the complete configuration together before making another adjustment.

04

Enter the Button Positions

Face the button panel and count rows from top to bottom and columns from left to right. Keep that panel-facing viewpoint for every coordinate below. When calling a position to your partner, include both the row and column to avoid an ambiguous direction.

  1. Switch on the separate side lever to satisfy the panel's lever requirement.
  2. Have the player at the pressure plate hold it to keep the panel powered during entry.
  3. Activate C at row 1, column 3: the third button from the left in the top row.
  4. Activate D at row 1, column 4: the fourth button from the left in the top row.
  5. Activate G at row 2, column 2: the second button from the left in the middle row.
  6. Activate M at row 3, column 3: the third button from the left in the bottom row.

C, D, G, and M can be activated in any order; the order above simply gives you a convenient way to call them out. The panel checks the set immediately after the fourth input. Let it respond before attempting another entry.

05

Recover After a Rejected Input

An incorrect button set resets automatically after the fourth input. Wait for that reset before entering C, D, G, and M again. Use the pause to check the setup with your partner before restarting your callouts.

  • Confirm that the separate side lever remains switched on and the pressure plate is being held.
  • Check that left Handle A and right Handle B are both set to 3.
  • Check that only the forked-V trigger is coated and the other two goop triggers are clear.
  • After the automatic reset finishes, re-enter C, D, G, and M using the panel-facing coordinates above.
06

Complete the Generator Activation

  1. Goop Gun player: power the generator trigger after completing the symbol setup and button panel to prepare the final interaction.
  2. Both players: hold the final chain together to complete the generator activation.
